Last week one of our beloved service users Norma celebrated her 100th birthday. Norma lives at one of our extra Care Facilities, Lawson House, in Byker, Newcastle.

Our carers and residents got together to celebrate this incredible milestone with Norma. Norma was treated like a queen on her special day and was greeted with many cards, presents and flowers! The residents of Lawson House enjoyed a variety of snacks and cake and were visited by a local singer who performed for them.

It was great to see everyone in such high spirits and helping Norma have such an amazing birthday. Many of our service users and carers even enjoyed a dance together and it was lovely to see everyone having such a fun time.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Lawson House for putting this event together. Norma’s day wouldn’t have been as special without your hard work. We’re glad to have such loving care staff on our team!
