Last month we hosted our Dementia & Alzheimer’s event at Ramside Hall with Perfect Care. We were joined by speakers Rachel Watson, from Dementia UK and Janet Mortimer, from NHS County Durham and Darlington to talk and inform us about dementia and how to help those suffering.

As well as our speakers, we were also joined by a variety of organisations from our region who occupied stalls at our event. These organisations included Sisters of Support, Supportive, Alzheimer’s Society, Durham Alliance for Community Care, County Durham Wellbeing for Life Service, County Durham Care Academy and Durham County Carers Support.
